International Employee Benefits Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversees the mid-market portfolio by guiding the service team members;

• Generates and cultivates new business leads from Producers or identifies and develops cross-selling opportunities;

• Serves as the primary contact for clients from the moment a lead is generated;

• Acts as the lead representative for a designated book of business;

• Engages in the team selling approach, including finalist interviews and responses to RFPs;

• Prepares and presents renewal analysis to clients;

• Sells renewal business to current clients and, when applicable, offers additional lines of coverage;

• Introduces clients to other services provided by our agency through the creation of Producer Service Proposals;

• Offers analysis and recommendations regarding clients' existing coverages;

• Chooses carriers for solicitation and negotiates with them regarding benefits and premiums;

• Addresses and resolves client inquiries, including questions about benefits and claims;

• Reviews client coverage contracts and amendments to ensure accuracy;

• Manages and negotiates relationships and contracts with third-party vendors on behalf of clients;

• Leads a dedicated service team;

• Functions as a technical expert, helping department members tackle complex issues;

• Identifies new client sales opportunities;

• Collects fees, reconciles accounts, and resolves any outstanding balances within 60 days of the invoice date;

• Adheres to agency management system data standards and ensures data integrity by entering and maintaining complete and accurate information;

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience;

• A minimum of eight (8) years of related work experience;
