This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead sales initiatives and cultivate relationships with producers to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.

• Actively reach out to agents and onboard new agents to expand a business portfolio.

• Enhance agent recruitment and retention through innovative sales strategies, marketing efforts, illustrations, and Crump resources.

• Foster relationships with key producers concerning intricate sales concepts, marketing strategies, and product knowledge.

• Sustain and elevate team sales objectives utilizing available sales resources.

• Generate new business opportunities by onboarding agents and expanding existing agent networks.

• Collaborate with sales resources to facilitate producer development.

• Engage with lower-performing agents in a sales-oriented manner.

• Maintain positive relationships with sales, operations, designated agents, and solution centers.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources.

• Organize advanced illustrations and provide consultation on innovative solutions.

• Utilize the company's client management system to oversee the sales process.

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

• Proficient time management skills.

• Capability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Capacity to function in a self-directed manner.

• Familiarity with PCs in a Windows operating environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.

• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and devise solutions.

• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience.

• Excellent telephone communication skills.

• Demonstrated maturity, competitiveness, and a solid work ethic.

• Knowledge of the insurance sector, life insurance products, and sales methodologies.

• Basic understanding of insurance underwriting practices.

• Minimum of two years of experience in the life insurance field, inclusive of one year in a sales support capacity.

• Background screening required upon job offer.
