This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create design presentations that encompass concept layouts, mood boards, material palettes, 3D renderings, and reference visuals.

• Participate in client site visits, take accurate measurements, understand project requirements and budgets, and adjust designs until receiving written approval.

• Draft design scope notes that include inclusions, exclusions, and specifications.

• Formulate space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, furniture arrangements, lighting designs, and false ceiling designs.

• Prepare and distribute GFC drawings for false ceilings, flooring/stone layouts, wall paneling, joinery, wardrobes, kitchens, as well as electrical and plumbing layouts.

• Keep the drawing register updated with revision control.

• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, HVAC, and fire consultants to resolve any clashes.

• Select and specify materials, arranging samples and mock-ups for client approval.

• Provide technical scopes and drawings to vendors, review shop drawings, and verify the materials delivered.

• Prepare design-stage BOQs, cost-impact notes, value-engineering alternatives, and variation logs.

• Visit project sites to explain design intent and ensure executed work aligns with GFC drawings and approved samples.

• Issue meeting minutes within 24 hours and promptly escalate any design-related challenges on the same day.

• Prepare and finalize snag lists, compile handover documentation, and participate in final client walkthroughs.
