Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide creative assets to prominent startups and SMEs across Europe

• Engage in web design, advertising creatives, social media content, illustrations, and various design initiatives

• Support a consistent roster of 4–5 clients

• Work on both Web Design and Brand Design assignments

• Oversee design projects from initial concept through to final delivery

• Collaborate with clients as well as the global design team

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience as a full-time or freelance Web + Brand Designer

• Extensive experience in web design, vector graphics, branding, and content design

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, and Figma

• Impressive portfolio showcasing recent work examples

• Solid understanding of marketing, website design, social media content, and advertising

• Capability to work methodically on multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Competence in managing the complete design project lifecycle from concept to delivery

• Keen attention to accuracy, detail, and quality control

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
