This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform Future Forward priorities, frameworks, and principles into practical assets, including communications, playbooks, templates, one-pagers, and how-to guides, utilizing AI.
• Create enablement and training materials for leaders, managers, and employees.
• Implement and adapt the lane’s methods, tools, and measurement; ensure assets are current, consistent, and on-brand.
• Curate actionable AI and knowledge-driven examples, prompts, patterns, and use cases for Glean and other tools.
• Organize effective practices into repeatable and shareable formats.
• Manage materials, action tracking, and draft outputs across the team.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Future Forward Ways of Working Change Champion community.
• Onboard, equip, and coordinate champions with relevant resources, updates, and talking points.
• Collect champion questions, feedback, and success stories, integrating them into program materials.
• Acknowledge and promote champion contributions.
• Assist in adoption, feedback, and improvement tracking, including the creation of dashboards.
• Collect feedback and lightweight metrics from Mercury teams to highlight insights.
• Maintain documentation, action logs, and decision records.
• Identify areas for refinement, scaling, or retirement based on evidence.
• Report to the Principal Work Design & Innovation Manager.
• Contribute to Mercury's improvement in speed, quality, and experiences, aiming to become a top-15 P&C carrier by 2030.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in enablement, change and adoption support, program coordination, communications, or a related field.
• Consulting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Glean or similar AI platforms is a plus.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• AI-curious and tech-savvy; an active user of AI and collaboration tools.
• Experience in redesigning work processes using AI to enhance impact.
• Proven experience in developing toolkits, templates, training, and communication materials.
• Experience in organizing a knowledge library for easy access.
• Some experience in supporting communities, networks, or change/champion programs, or a strong interest in such activities.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• An in-person interview may be necessary during the hiring process.
