Interim FS Regulatory Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist the Financial Services Regulation team in Dublin at Simmons & Simmons.

• Engage in full-time remote work for an anticipated duration of 6 months.

• Maintain regular communication with the sponsoring Partner and client team.

• Tackle high-quality roles and assignments for Simmons & Simmons’ industry-leading clients.

• Collaborate with the broader team while also working independently.

• Prioritize tasks and deliver results swiftly and efficiently under tight deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a qualified lawyer.

• Have financial services regulatory experience from a prominent private practice.

• Possess 2–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

• Experience with Irish regulations is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Capable of delivering work quickly and effectively to meet tight deadlines while working remotely.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize workloads.

• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating as part of the wider team.

• Must have the relevant right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Successful completion of the employer’s background screening process is required.
