📋 Description

• Deliver senior-level support in corporate planning and executive reporting.

• Take ownership of the preparation and coordination of materials for Board and executive reporting, including financial analysis, commentary, and final review.

• Assist in the formulation of the company's three-year plan while linking strategic priorities to financial outcomes.

• Develop and enhance scenario analyses, sensitivities, and planning assumptions related to revenue, costs, headcount, and cash flow.

• Collaborate with Finance and business leaders to align assumptions and enhance the planning process.

• Provide daily support to the SVP of Strategic Finance, VP of Corporate FP&A, and other VPs within Strategic Finance.

• Execute planning, reporting, and ad hoc strategic analyses.

• Identify opportunities for improvements in reporting frequency, KPI definitions, forecasting discipline, and FP&A processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role within corporate finance, strategic finance, strategy or management consulting, or FP&A.

• Proven experience in creating Board packs, executive presentations, and decision-support materials for senior stakeholders.

• Proficient in long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling.

• Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.

• Demonstrated experience in producing precise, high-quality planning and reporting outputs.

• Experience working collaboratively with CFO-level or other senior stakeholders, with the ability to constructively challenge assumptions.

• Desirable: Background in SaaS, technology, private equity-backed, or similarly dynamic business environments.

• Desirable: Experience incorporating AI into finance or FP&A practices.
