Interim Corporate Commercial Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist a prominent client of Simmons & Simmons as an Adaptive consultant.

• Negotiate contracts with minimal oversight.

• Maintain regular communication with a sponsoring Partner and the client team.

• Work remotely on a full-time schedule.

• Utilize Simmons & Simmons’ resources and expertise.

• Engage in training, development, networking events, webinars, and firmwide gatherings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Lawyer qualified in Dutch law.

• Experience in corporate commercial law from a leading private practice or in-house setting.

• Familiarity with technology, market data, and facilities contracts.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Capability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team.

• Appropriate right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Successful completion of the employer’s background screening process.
