Intelligence Analyst – West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Foster exceptional customer satisfaction while managing multiple client relationships.

• Identify and escalate significant insights from Falcon Intelligence Recon to clients.

• Assist customers in interpreting Falcon Intelligence Recon findings and offer expert guidance.

• Act as a cyber intelligence analytic liaison between Falcon Intel Recon clients and the broader CrowdStrike intelligence team.

• Advocate for client requirements to the Intelligence and Engineering teams.

• Communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and satisfaction metrics to enhance the product.

• Oversee multiple customers' Falcon Intel Recon modules.

• Work during PST hours.

• Engage in minimal travel, approximately 5%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient understanding of cyber threat intelligence, all-source threat intelligence analysis, or intelligence collection, with comprehensive knowledge of the intelligence lifecycle.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence terminology, essential concepts, and analytical methods.

• Basic knowledge of dark and deep web ecosystems, including key actors, forums, and leak sites.

• Flexibility and eagerness to learn new technologies.

• A customer-centric mindset and readiness to assist and resolve issues for clients.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Skill in presenting and explaining technology to individuals with limited technical knowledge.

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, optimize workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure start-up environment and develop client solutions with limited resources.

• Understanding of data communication concepts and technologies, specifically in email, networking, and enterprise security.

• Proficiency in using AI tools and familiarity with application programming interfaces (API) as a means of delivering indicators and intelligence (bonus).

• Interest in how AI, machine learning, and autonomous agents can improve dark web analysis, intelligence analysis, and client outcomes (bonus).
