Senior Intelligence Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee assigned customer accounts and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.

• Act as a trusted advisor for CAO Elite clients.

• Conduct threat hunting activities for CAO Elite clients tailored to their specific needs and environments.

• Investigate dark web data.

• Analyze customized threat intelligence.

• Prepare and present customer briefings on intelligence reports, dark web alerts, and threat hunting discoveries.

• Address customer inquiries regarding threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web surveillance.

• Build and nurture trusted partnerships with customers.

• Report findings on current nation-state and criminal activities to CISOs and executive-level stakeholders.

• Engage in research to enhance the threat hunting service as the role evolves.

• Cultivate specialized knowledge in intelligence.

• Collaborate with other CrowdStrike teams on a variety of topics and projects.

• Design, lead, and manage AI agents to expedite threat hunting and intelligence efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in at least two of the following fields: incident response or security operations, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, dark web monitoring.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to convey both executive-level and detailed findings to clients.

• Proficient in effectively communicating tasks, guidance, and methodologies with internal teams.

• Proven experience in leveraging AI and autonomous agents to enhance threat intelligence analysis and generate measurable customer outcomes.

• Background in presenting, briefing, and submitting reports to stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executives.

• Experience in conducting threat hunting or managing incident responses for organizations.

• Knowledge of investigating targeted threats, including Advanced Persistent Threats, Organized Crime, and Hacktivists.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.

• Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts and technologies.

• Willingness and capability to support a rotating weekend on-call schedule.

• Ability to travel on short notice, up to 5% of the time.

• Experience with LogScale or similar query languages used for large-scale threat hunting.

• Understanding of modern scripting languages.

• Familiarity with application programming interfaces (API).
