Market Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist with ad hoc studies, ensuring analytical quality and timely delivery.

• Enhance management reports and support tools to aid business areas in decision-making.

• Oversee and update Market Intelligence reports, guaranteeing the accuracy and relevance of the information.

• Recognize and implement continuous process improvements and enhance report functionality.

• Aid internal teams with customer satisfaction surveys, public opinion research, and field studies.

• Offer guidance on interpreting collected data and provide insights for marketing, sales, communications, and regulatory affairs strategies.

• Identify and evaluate relevant market developments.

• Deliver insights into demand behavior and pinpoint business opportunities, including product line renewals or extensions, through market trend studies and analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree.

• Prior experience with market intelligence and/or sales force productivity processes.

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with BI tools, such as Tableau or QlikView.

• Knowledge of conducting demand and prescription audits, including IQVIA and Close-Up.

• Intermediate English proficiency for reading and writing.
