Integration Project Manager – Integration & Transition Services Agreement Exit

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the EMEA Bioscience integration lead and team members to guarantee that TSA exit plans are appropriate and executed within the designated timeline and scope.

• Assist in the design and implementation of TSA exit workshops across various countries and functions, while ensuring that resulting actions are completed.

• Take ownership of the EMEA integrated plan across different workstreams, encompassing milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and the critical path aligned with TSA exit dates.

• Hold team members accountable for their commitments, identify any delays early, and agree on recovery actions.

• Evaluate the effects of scope changes on the plan, resources, and exit dates.

• Enhance and oversee the EMEA governance framework across functions and teams.

• Facilitate effective decision-making through precise definition, implementation, and documentation.

• Generate clear and accurate status and briefing reports/materials for leadership.

• Maintain the Risk, Actions, Issues, and Dependency log.

• Manage inter-business and functional dependencies effectively.

• Aggregate contributions from countries and hubs and highlight local constraints.

• Lead current-state mapping and gap tracking, as well as establish program trackers, templates, and reporting standards.

• Ensure a seamless transition of documentation, ownership, and outstanding actions to business as usual as workstreams and services conclude.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or a related discipline.

• Formal project or program management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or equivalent).

• Over 5 years of experience in project and program management, including leading cross-functional programs to successful delivery in a multi-country setting is advantageous.

• Experience in management consulting or with a Big 4 professional services firm, particularly in M&A, integration, separation, or transformation projects, is beneficial.

• Direct experience in post-merger integration, carve-out, TSA exit, or significant system migrations is highly preferred.

• Background in Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences is advantageous, along with experience in commercial or sales operations.

• Proficient in creating and maintaining an integrated multi-workstream plan.

• Skilled in designing and managing governance processes and keeping senior stakeholders on schedule.

• Experience in workshop facilitation and action/owner management.

• Competent in risk and process management, including structured RAID logs, process mapping, and gap analysis.

• Confident in using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneNote.

• Practical knowledge of MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira.

• Capable of producing executive-ready PowerPoint presentations independently.

• Familiarity with Power BI, SFDC, CPQ, and ERP environments is desirable.

• Ability to drive results and influence without formal authority.

• Excellent communication skills, able to summarize complex concepts for leadership effectively.

• Highly organized, with precise record-keeping abilities even under pressure.

• Professional discretion regarding confidential organizational and commercial information.

• Adaptable and composed in a dynamic transition environment.

• Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.

• Willingness to travel within EMEA and to the USA as needed.
