Integration Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +32 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist complex integration teams by defining integration strategies and fostering both financial and non-financial value generation.

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders throughout the integration process.

• Collaborate with integration leadership to create, oversee, and sustain intricate integration plans.

• Ensure accuracy of plan data, timely updates, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with quality standards.

• Work with executive leaders to identify and unlock value creation opportunities.

• Gather value metrics and performance information in integration software for reporting purposes.

• Establish collaborative relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders.

• Manage expectations, facilitate communication, and enhance transparency and engagement.

• Monitor the health of integration plans and identify, track, and address risks and challenges.

• Act as a subject matter expert and internal mentor on integration methodologies, tools, processes, and software.

• Oversee high-touch initiatives and special projects.

• Lead cross-departmental initiatives and advocate for process and operational enhancements.

• Comply with the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and relevant policies, regulations, and laws.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

• Generally requires 5 years of experience in program management, integration management, strategy, or management consulting.

• Proven expertise in integration methodologies, comprehensive project/program management frameworks, and analytical tools.

• Demonstrated executive presence and proficiency in navigating complex organizational dynamics with political insight.

• High emotional intelligence and awareness of cultural nuances influencing integration efforts.

• Capability to prioritize programs and initiatives according to evolving needs, strategic objectives, resource availability, and risk levels.

• Ability to handle numerous high-priority work streams simultaneously.

• Proven history of building trusted partnerships and achieving strategic alignment with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to be an effective team player.

• Proficient at identifying issues, appropriately escalating risks, evaluating alternative solutions, and engaging leadership in problem-solving and mitigation strategies.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
