Integration Consultant, Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical deployment and support of the Philips IntelliSpace Electrocardiograph (IECG) system.

• Implement and assist with the Health Language 7 (HL7) and/or Digital Imaging Communications in Medicine (DICOM) interface broker, known as the IntelliSpace Enterprise Broker (IBE).

• Provide technical guidance and leadership for designated projects.

• Share technical knowledge and expertise with both customers and team members.

• Aid in optimizing the implementation methodology, documentation, and toolsets.

• Collaborate across functions to disseminate product technical knowledge and expertise.

• Complete assigned project tasks within deadlines to secure customer acceptance.

• Maintain industry-standard certifications and technical proficiency through ongoing education.

• Collect network information necessary for configuring IECG and IBE systems.

• Configure and test installed IECG and IBE systems to fulfill customer specifications.

• Implement connections between IECG and the client's RIS/HIS.

• Investigate and resolve intricate technical issues during installation until they are transitioned to support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related discipline, or over 5 years of experience in technical support/HL7 interfacing.

• More than 5 years of experience in an ECG information management system or PACS system.

• Familiarity with the Orion Rhapsody Interface broker.

• Proficiency in XML.

• Experience working in Virtual Machine (VM) server environments.

• Preferred experience in networking infrastructure/server architecture.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal, is essential.

• Must be capable of fulfilling the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
