📋 Description

• Oversee the installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of intricate integrated systems.

• Identify and rectify advanced technical issues autonomously.

• Offer onboard and remote technical assistance to clients and partners.

• Provide technical training and support to customers and OEMs.

• Serve as a senior escalation point for complicated field challenges.

• Guide and assist fellow technicians within the team.

• Promote continuous enhancement in system reliability, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

• Deliver sophisticated technical solutions while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

• Enhance reliability, minimize recurring issues, and contribute to the success of customers and the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in system installation, commissioning, integration, or advanced technical support.

• Relevant qualifications in electrical, electronic, or integrated systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Demonstrated capability to diagnose and solve intricate technical challenges.

• Self-assured in working independently in remote and field environments.

• Exceptional customer interaction and communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel internationally as necessary.

• Capacity to work remotely.

• Valid, clean driver's license.
