Technician – Mold Repair

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Responsible for prioritizing planning tasks.

• Inspect incoming molds.

• Examine damaged molds.

• Check ventilation systems.

• Prepare first tire documentation.

• Assemble bladders.

• Input data for last tire.

• Repair vents and mold gaps.

• Count bladder stock.

• Request PPE equipment.

• Spray bladders to ensure they are ready for use.

• Support production targets to achieve set goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree or vocational certificate.

• 1-2 years of experience in mold assembly.

• Knowledge of rubber production processes.
