Integrated Evidence Planning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with IEP Directors to guide cross-functional work groups

• Assess business goals, stakeholder requirements, and the competitive landscape

• Develop strategic integrated evidence plans

• Formulate and execute project plans to ensure deliverables are met on time, at a high standard, and within budget

• Assist in leading global projects and teams

• Provide timely, high-quality results and offer strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle

• Update relevant stakeholders on plan progress, adjustments, and necessary corrections

• Consolidate global stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable problems to address

• Tackle complex, cross-functional challenges

• Manage workflow tools that align business priorities with scientific evidence to identify gaps

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience

• Capability to independently oversee projects, timelines, and influence project teams

• Experience in the healthcare sector, including payer, provider, or medtech industries

• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills

• Proficient in coordinating and prioritizing tasks

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a robust analytical mindset

• Familiarity with evidence generation through clinical research, healthcare economics, or data science

• Ability to interpret and integrate findings from scientific literature

• Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional stakeholders

• Willingness to travel 5-15%
