Integrated Delivery Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives to effectively deliver and support the implementation of complex product solutions.

• Act as the main point of contact for delivery across various teams for designated clients.

• Collaborate with the Implementation Practice team to outline solution scope and required deadlines.

• Guide delivery teams in creating integrated plans and mapping dependencies.

• Monitor solution gaps and drive accountability and resolution strategies.

• Provide daily and weekly status updates to leadership and escalate any blockers encountered.

• Facilitate working sessions to eliminate obstacles.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement insights gained and product enhancements.

• Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions during deployments and operational rollouts.

• Promote continuous improvement in support processes.

• Assist with pre-sales deal analysis and cost estimation across various delivery areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in the Healthcare sector (Medicare/Medicaid/Pharmacy).

• More than 5 years of program management experience in large software implementations.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to collaborate across multiple VPs and delivery areas.

• Experience in product lifecycle management and technical support.

• Strong project management capabilities (planning, execution, stakeholder engagement).

• Ability to understand and interpret technical concepts.

• Knowledge of solution architecture.

• Background in product support along with Medicaid and Pharmacy operations.

• Familiar with regulatory requirements from CMS.

• Video cameras are mandatory during all interviews and for the first week of orientation.
