Intake Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP referral-source clients.

• Conduct brief intake calls, introduce the firm, outline services and next steps, and address any inquiries.

• Ensure clients have personally engaged with the firm prior to countersigning digital agreements.

• Offer attorney insights and support to the firm's intake team.

• Transition new matters to the intake team, case management, and the assigned attorney.

• Deliver warm, empathetic, and professional interactions with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A J.D. from any accredited law school in any U.S. state.

• Exceptional phone presence and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently, handling intake calls as they arrive throughout the day, particularly during peak times in the afternoon and early evening.

• Strong judgment, ethical instincts, and the integrity to acknowledge when you don’t have an answer and seek assistance.

• Proficiency in Spanish is a notable advantage.

• Willingness to participate in a shared on-call rotation that includes evenings and rotating weekends.

• Newly licensed attorneys or recent graduates who have yet to pass the bar exam are encouraged to apply.
