Intake Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for VIP referral-source clients

• Answer calls promptly to ensure clients connect with a real person

• Perform brief intake calls, typically lasting under ten minutes

• Introduce the firm, outline its services and next steps, and address questions clearly and transparently

• Verify that clients have personally spoken with the designated client before the firm countersigns digital agreements

• Provide attorney insight and assistance to the firm's intake team

• Transfer new matters to intake, case management, and the assigned attorney

• Infuse each call with warmth, empathy, and professionalism

⛳️ Requirements

• A J.D. from any accredited law school in any U.S. state

• Exceptional phone demeanor and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently and handle intake calls throughout the day, including during peak afternoon and early evening hours

• Strong judgment, ethical instincts, and the honesty to acknowledge uncertainty while seeking solutions

• Proficiency in Spanish is a considerable advantage

• Openness to participating in a shared on-call rotation, including evenings and rotating weekends
