Insurtech Sales Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist customers with their insurance needs, including auto, home, motorcycle, and more.

• Handle incoming calls from potential clients and existing policyholders.

• Suggest appropriate insurance providers and coverage choices.

• Acquire knowledge of Jerry’s insurance products and application.

• Recognize coverage gaps, available discounts, and renewal concerns.

• Address issues and eliminate obstacles to ensure proper coverage.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer insights to enhance the product and customer experience.

• Assess whether the individual is more suited for sales or service roles during the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Must possess a friendly and upbeat demeanor.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Strong work ethic is essential.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication skills are required.

• Candidates must reside in one of the eligible locations: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

• Full-time hourly employment eligibility is restricted to the specified U.S. states.

• A valid P&C insurance license is advantageous; those without one may acquire it with company assistance.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is needed at the time of application.
