Insurance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments to clients, including tracking hours worked.

• Communicate consistently, proactively, and effectively with Leadership, internal staff, and clients.

• Confirm that client projects are completed accurately and within the designated timeframes.

• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding client information.

• Maintain precise records of both billable and non-billable time.

• Identify further client requirements and propose solution-oriented services.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in independent insurance.

• Familiarity with Vertafore agency management systems is preferred.

• Possession of an Insurance P&C License is strongly preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of insurance coverage and service procedures.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple accounts.

• Proficient in agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
