• Manage private benefits for members of the union.

• Assist union members in understanding their benefit choices.

• Ensure a positive experience during every interaction.

• Foster relationships and communicate effectively with union members.

• Provide support to union members regarding their private benefits.

• Capability to acquire an insurance license.

• Must reside within the United States.

• Willingness to work during the evenings.

• A quiet home office environment or access to a personal computer for work purposes.

• Preferred experience in sales or customer service.

• Preferred comfort in using Zoom.

• Preferred availability to work on weekends.
