⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, with significant expertise in analytics, actuarial modeling, and predictive techniques.

• Strong practical experience with machine learning and statistical modeling.

• Advanced skills in Python and R.

• Familiarity with intelligent decisioning platforms like Earnix or similar solutions.

• Experience in integrating models into real-time pricing and personalization processes.

• Strong executive presence and the ability to engage, influence, and counsel senior stakeholders.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% both domestically and internationally.

• Capability to convey complex data and models clearly to senior leadership.

• Ability to cultivate trusted client relationships and comprehend business needs.

• Competence to collaborate across teams, share knowledge, and mentor others.
