Insurance Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries in writing within the insurance industry

• Utilize all features of customer-specific IT platforms

• Ensure customer satisfaction while nurturing customer relationships

• Support insurance clients with their queries

• Identify appropriate solutions to deliver a positive service experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer service and/or familiarity with the insurance industry

• Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance is a plus

• Commercial training and/or relevant business administration knowledge is preferred

• Exceptional communication skills

• Proficient written and spoken German

• Strong comprehension abilities and a solution-oriented work approach

• Competent PC skills

• Open to candidates with or without professional experience
