• Operate remotely as a Life Insurance Sales Representative

• Reach out to warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage options and applying for protection

• Provide support for applications throughout the underwriting process until families are completely covered

• Utilize data-driven systems and lead-generation assistance to help families actively seeking life insurance products

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Possess a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one

• Have a computer and phone to assist clients

• Maintain a reliable internet connection

• Be comfortable working independently in a performance-oriented environment

• Be coachable and disciplined

• Communicate with honesty and confidence

• Have a passion for helping families make informed financial decisions

• Be willing to develop into a leadership role over time

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events

• No cold calling; all leads are warm and incoming
