• Reach out to warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in reviewing their coverage choices and applying for protection

• Guide applications through the underwriting process until families are fully insured

• Provide support to families looking for life insurance-backed products

• Operate remotely in a completely online position with no cold calling; all leads are warm and inbound

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Life insurance license required or a willingness to obtain one

• Access to a computer and phone to assist clients

• Reliable internet connection

• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment

• Must be disciplined and accountable

• Honest and confident in communication skills

• Passionate about aiding families in making informed financial choices

• Willingness to develop into leadership roles over time

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events
