📋 Description

• Engage with warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage choices and applying for protection

• Facilitate applications throughout the underwriting process until families achieve full coverage

• Support families with products backed by life insurance

• Take part in training, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities

• Candidates must be U.S. citizens

• Possession of a life insurance license or a willingness to obtain one

• Access to a computer and phone to serve clients

• Reliable internet connection is necessary

• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment

• Must be coachable and disciplined

• Honest and confident communication skills are essential

• A passion for assisting families in making informed financial decisions

• Willingness to advance into leadership roles over time

• Comfort with a 100% commission-based income structure

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events

• No cold calling involved; all leads are warm and inbound
