This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and manage designated service offerings and product lines, including Securos Surgical/VetOne branded instruments and Vetrilogix medical and diagnostic equipment.

• Develop the new private label Vetrilogix brand, broaden the product and service portfolio, and introduce products to the market.

• Establish and maintain product databases that include competitive equivalents, warranties, and pricing information.

• Conduct in-depth competitive product and market analyses and offer insights on product direction, tactics, strategies, and pricing.

• Produce reporting metrics to monitor and predict product line costs and pricing requirements.

• Prepare and deliver monthly product line updates and forecasts to internal stakeholders.

• Design and implement ongoing internal and external product training sessions.

• Act as the primary escalation point for intricate technical customer inquiries regarding complex products and services.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers, encompassing contract negotiations, pricing, supply chain discussions, product modifications, issue resolution, product development, and pipeline opportunities.

• Serve as a product and service line knowledge resource for MWI sales teams.

• Collaborate with the Securos marketing team to create marketing materials.

• Develop and drive marketing plans for product lines that align with business strategies.

• Draw in and secure new customers through tradeshows, events, outbound calls, site visits, product training, and promotions.

• Represent Securos Surgical and/or VetriLogix at tradeshows.

• Execute customer satisfaction surveys.

• Travel to tradeshows, regional sales meetings, internal meetings, vendor site visits, and ride-alongs with representatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, product lifecycle management, product operations, product strategy, or a related field is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in medical device, medical equipment, or diagnostic equipment sales or product management.

• Proficient in conducting competitive market analyses.

• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

• Demonstrated ability to find creative solutions to challenging problems.

• Excellent attention to detail and process management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Willingness to travel is required.

• Certification in product management, agile or scrum product ownership, or project management is preferred.
