This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide live online training led by an instructor on Advanced Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI APIs, LLM applications, and AI-driven automation.
• Clarify advanced concepts of Generative AI and showcase practical uses of LLMs and AI tools.
• Facilitate hands-on demonstrations utilizing contemporary GenAI platforms, frameworks, and tools.
• Educate on the fundamentals of Generative AI, LLM architectures, foundational models, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, context management, function calling, APIs, orchestration, fine-tuning, evaluation, multimodal AI, automation, enterprise applications, and responsible AI.
• Develop and consistently refresh presentations, learning materials, practical exercises, hands-on activities, demonstrations, case studies, templates, and reference materials.
• Host interactive workshops, Q&A sessions, knowledge assessments, guided practice, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Assist learners in navigating practical business and industry scenarios related to Generative AI.
• Exhibit generation, analysis, transformation, summarization, and interaction with text, documents, images, audio, video, code, and enterprise data.
• Showcase the integration of LLM applications with external data sources, APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and business workflows.
• Aid learners in designing, constructing, evaluating, and applying Generative AI solutions.
• Ensure learner engagement and maintain instructional quality throughout sessions.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in Generative AI, foundational models, LLM technologies, AI tools, frameworks, multimodal capabilities, and industry trends.
• Work alongside curriculum and instructional teams to enhance training content and learner outcomes.
• Offer personalized support to learners during live sessions and designated office hours.
• Communicate learner progress, training expectations, and skill development.
• Provide prompt, constructive feedback on exercises, activities, and assessments.
• Assess learner progress through participation, knowledge checks, practical exercises, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain accurate records of learner engagement and performance.
• Identify learners who require additional support and collaborate with internal teams to enhance outcomes.
• Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and professional learning environment.
• Act as a mentor and industry role model.
• Represent Simplilearn with professionalism to learners, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Profound hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, or deploying Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
• Previous experience in delivering online instructor-led training for professionals or adult learners.
• Proven expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI APIs, and LLM application development.
• Strong comprehension of Generative AI, foundational models, LLM architectures, prompt engineering, advanced prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, knowledge retrieval, function calling, tool integration, LLM APIs, orchestration, context management, fine-tuning, model evaluation, hallucination mitigation, multimodal AI, AI automation, and responsible AI.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
• Solid understanding of AI APIs, LLM integration, and enterprise Generative AI applications.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Capability to simplify complex Generative AI and LLM concepts through practical examples and demonstrations.
• Experience in building or demonstrating LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, AI automation workflows, or Generative AI solutions.
• Experience in conducting live virtual training using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
• Strong abilities in learner engagement, facilitation, Q&A management, and interactive learning.
• Ability to relate Generative AI concepts to real-world business use cases.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment.
• Evening and weekend availability is preferred based on learner cohort schedules.
• Compensation of $80 per hour.
• Part-time, non-exempt employment with payment for all hours worked in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
