This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Create and implement engaging online training programs that make complex, technical, and compliance-related topics easy to understand.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, the Training & Content Team, and stakeholders to transform regulatory and technical information into captivating learning experiences.

• Develop interactive online training modules, microcontent training, and promotional videos focused on compliance issues in the automotive and related sectors.

• Support multimedia production efforts, including editing audio, video, and images.

• Oversee multiple projects at once while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

• Utilize adult learning theories and contemporary learning technologies in course design.

• Work closely with the Training & Content Team to create modern and impactful training solutions.

• Assist with various administrative and organizational responsibilities such as filing and documentation.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, communications design, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, communication design, multimedia, or training video production.

• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) or similar platforms.

• Experience in designing interactive online learning experiences, including scenario-based training and simulations.

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities when engaging with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

• Creative problem-solving skills and the capability to develop engaging learning solutions within set limitations.

• Knowledge of eLearning standards such as SCORM or xAPI.

• Familiarity with AI tools, filming, and/or editing is not mandatory, but is a considerable advantage.
