This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive business strategy for an expansive geographic area.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Interact with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals across various medical specialties.
• Conduct visits to physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, intensive care units, and other relevant locations.
• Grasp and convey clear messages in intricate clinical scenarios.
• Participate in periodic field travel with internal teams, including management and marketing.
• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies and efficiencies while seizing high-ROI opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales and profit objectives.
• Manage and monitor territory-specific data using a CRM system.
• Travel as necessary for the territory/position, including air travel.
• Carry out other miscellaneous job responsibilities as needed.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales.
• Capability to operate independently and manage key account relationships.
• Proven sales growth while managing your own territory.
• Documented history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and solid understanding of complex clinical information.
• Proficient in articulating intricate clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real-time situations.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong presentation skills, including the capability to present to teams/groups.
• Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
• Proficient in utilizing a CRM tool (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).
• Independent, with the ability to collaborate within a team.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Attention to detail and dedication to follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
• Must successfully complete and maintain required credentialing with healthcare institutions and third-party credentialing vendors.
• Must be able to remain seated for extended periods.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
• May occasionally need to climb stairs and/or use elevators.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Must be capable of manipulating a keyboard and operating a telephone and handheld devices.
