Institutional Associate – Junior-Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and enhance on/off-ramp infrastructures within high-value corridors.

• Analyze liquidity flows of fiat and stablecoins to guide operational strategies and minimize friction in payment ecosystems.

• Lead and implement local stablecoin FX pilot programs.

• Create milestone roadmaps to successfully transition pilots into full production.

• Oversee initiatives for geographic expansion.

• Conduct market research and monitor regulatory changes.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize new opportunities for corridor expansion.

• Manage daily operational execution and compliance as US institutions adopt USAT.

• Maintain tracking of KPIs and status reporting.

• Align internal stakeholders to uphold execution speed across institutional workflows.

• Collaborate with regional expansion teams.

• Project-manage strategic corridor partnerships from inception through to production.

• Report directly to the Head of USAT Institutional.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.

• Demonstrated success in managing intricate cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience in coordinating technical and regulatory workstreams.

• Proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion.

• Strong foundational knowledge of cross-border settlements, payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech ecosystems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to engage with internal partners, regional leaders, and institutional external clients.

• Proactive and organized approach to work.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent proficiency in English communication.

• Capability to work remotely from a country chosen by the candidate.
