This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Identify, establish, and enhance on/off-ramp infrastructures throughout high-value corridors.

• Analyze liquidity flows of fiat and stablecoins to guide data-driven operational strategies.

• Lead and implement local stablecoin FX pilot programs.

• Create milestone roadmaps to transition successful pilots into active production settings.

• Oversee the management of ongoing geographical expansion projects.

• Perform market research and monitor regulatory changes.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize new opportunities for corridor expansion.

• Manage daily operational execution and compliance as US institutions adopt USAT.

• Track KPIs, provide status reports, and ensure internal alignment across institutional workflows.

• Connect regional expansion teams and oversee the project management of strategic corridor partnerships from inception to production.

• Report directly to the Head of USAT Institutional.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives, coordinate technical and regulatory workstreams, and drive projects from concept to completion.

• Strong foundational knowledge of cross-border settlements, payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech ecosystems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to engage effectively with internal partners, regional leaders, and external institutional clients.

• Proactive and well-organized.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in English communication skills.
