Institutional Associate, Junior-Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with regional expansion leadership to identify, establish, and enhance on/off-ramp infrastructures in high-value corridors.

• Examine fiat and stablecoin liquidity flows to support data-driven operational decisions and reduce friction in payment ecosystems.

• Lead and implement local stablecoin FX pilot programs.

• Create milestone roadmaps to transition successful pilots into operational environments.

• Act as the primary project manager for geographic expansion projects.

• Perform market research and monitor regulatory changes to identify, assess, and prioritize corridor expansion opportunities.

• Oversee daily operational execution and compliance as US institutions adopt USAT.

• Maintain structured KPI tracking, status reporting, and ensure internal alignment across institutional workflows.

• Connect regional expansion teams and manage strategic corridor partnerships from inception to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience in coordinating technical and regulatory workstreams.

• Proven ability to drive projects from concept through to completion.

• Strong foundational knowledge of cross-border settlements, payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech ecosystems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to engage with internal partners, regional leads, and institutional external clients effectively.

• Proactive and organized approach.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in English communication.
