Install Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

• Align timelines, priorities, and outcomes with organizational objectives.

• Manage resources and workloads while balancing competing priorities.

• Ensure the timely and accurate achievement of project milestones.

• Facilitate communication for diverse audiences and provide project status updates.

• Guide stakeholders through project risks and decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with team members, departments, and vendors to address challenges.

• Foster a culture of mutual accountability and successful project results.

• Analyze opportunities for enhancement and optimize processes.

• Promote best practices and drive continuous improvement across teams, projects, and solutions.

• Assist in the scoping and execution of Epic implementations, enhancements, third-party vendor integrations, and internal initiatives.

• Consult with senior leadership and collect and analyze data for potential integrations.

• Support the efficient delivery of integrated products and services.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, business analysis, or technical solution roles is preferred.

• Experience in leading or supporting cross-functional projects, ideally in healthcare, IT, or a related domain is preferred.

• Familiarity with Epic or other EHR systems, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is advantageous.

• PMP, CAPM, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.

• Epic certification or healthcare-related credentials such as Lean or Six Sigma are beneficial but not mandatory.

• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment.

• High-speed internet connection is required.

• Must be able to work in a distraction-free setting.

• COVID-19 vaccination is required, or an approved medical/religious exemption must be obtained before the hire date.

• Willingness and ability to travel nationally, up to 20%, for on-site Go Live support as per business needs.
