This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as the primary Insider Risk analyst for the EMEA region, addressing regional issues and aligning with broader Global Security objectives.
• Recognize, evaluate, and relay potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks concerning CrowdStrike’s personnel, information, systems, and operations.
• Perform thorough and unbiased investigations, which include employee interviews, evidence analysis, documentation, and the formulation of clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Present identified risks and investigative outcomes to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Design and execute risk mitigation plans, including security and insider risk awareness resources, newsletters, case studies, briefings, and targeted communications.
• Spearhead outreach and risk management efforts in collaboration with Information Security, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, and other business units.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, threats, legal, and regulatory changes, and incorporate relevant insights into Insider Risk and Global Security protocols.
• Provide Insider Risk and other Security training to employees within the region.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in insider threat or insider risk, intelligence analysis, corporate security, investigations, government security, risk management, or a related discipline.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including interviewing, drafting investigative reports, and articulating complex issues.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of insider risk principles, investigative methodologies, cybersecurity concepts, and security programs.
• Capacity to work autonomously in a remote global environment while cultivating trusted relationships across teams and organizational tiers.
• Expertise in open-source intelligence research.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence, investigative, or security-related tools.
• Proven experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, optimize workflows and processes, increase efficiency, and achieve business outcomes.
• Experience in government, military, intelligence, law enforcement, defense contracting, or another national security setting is advantageous.
• Practical experience in conducting insider risk, fraud, counterintelligence, corporate security, or other intricate investigations is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in developing and delivering security education, training, awareness initiatives, or workforce communications is an asset.
• Working knowledge of UK, European, or other international employment, privacy, and data protection laws is a bonus.
