Inside Service Management Specialist – Gyakornok

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oman.

📋 Description

• Management of voice product orders

• Providing product-specific advice and quotations to clients

• Tracking, monitoring, and coordinating the order process

• Participation in customer calls

• Handling hotline calls

• Completing and verifying various forms

• Entering and documenting orders into tools

• Managing escalations and potential complaints

• Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in German, both spoken and written (C1 level)

• Proficiency in English is an advantage

• Strong customer communication skills

• Ability to work independently, with coordination skills and flexibility

• Problem-solving abilities

• Experience in a multinational environment is a plus

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Willingness to travel

• Active daytime student status (or passive status under age 25)

• Minimum of 20 hours of work per week

• Remote work available only within Hungary
