Inside Service Agent, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Handle service and billing inquiries from customers.

• Receive initial notice of loss (FNOL) calls.

• Address customer policy questions in a professional manner.

• Utilize knowledge of Allstate policies and procedures relevant to the licensed province(s).

• Deliver tailored insurance services as a Trusted Advisor.

• Highlight Allstate features and advantages during portfolio assessments.

• Oversee policy renewals and modifications.

• Respond to online inquiries.

• Foster client loyalty through meticulous attention to detail and relationship development.

• Upsell and cross-sell Auto and Property products in accordance with underwriting guidelines.

• Assist and guide customers during FNOL claim calls.

• Record loss details in the claims system.

• Perform designated claims tasks and delegate or assign claims to a Claim Advisor.

• Achieve and surpass key performance and attendance targets.

• Report to the Manager, Inside Service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.

• Must possess an OTL or General Level 1 Insurance License, or be willing to obtain one for your province.

• Must have 1 to 3 years of customer service experience.

• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing both French and English.

• Strong computer skills in MS Office applications.

• This position is remote; must have a suitable workspace for working from home.

• Availability to work evenings is necessary.

• Experience in call centers and insurance is preferred.

• Must be available to work during all operational hours, Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 8 pm EST, with rotating schedules.

• Standard work week consists of 37.5 hours.
