Health Coordinator, RN – Bilingual, Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver sophisticated clinical inquiry responses, both verbally and in writing, to health-related questions from consumers, educators, and medical or health professionals.

• Offer expertise in medical subject matters.

• Conduct advanced searches in databases.

• Draft documents, reports, and correspondence.

• Record all incoming inquiries systematically.

• Engage in special projects as needed.

• Adhere to established scripts and protocols while navigating approved resources.

• Uphold quality and compliance standards by providing precise and professional guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent along with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a current, active RN license are mandatory.

• Proficiency in English and a specified secondary language is essential.

• Ability to speak and read English and Spanish clearly, professionally, and fluently.

• Experience in a medical, scientific, or public health discipline is required.

• Clinical knowledge and experience related to CDC topics.

• Strong internet search abilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn and utilize various software applications.

• Exceptional listening, comprehension, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Capacity to work independently and communicate effectively.

• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Proficient in organizing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Possession of a smartphone is necessary.

• Must provide a personal computer, webcam, and headset with a microphone.

• Tablets, iPads, and Chromebooks are not allowed.

• Internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher is required, or 50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity.

• Minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps is essential.

• Hard-wired internet connectivity through a Category 5 or 6 Ethernet cable is mandatory.

• A private and secure workspace with an adequate power source is needed.

• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, or a supported Mac operating system is required.

• Experience in a Call Center or Telehealth setting is preferred.
