Inside Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Handle service and billing inquiries as well as first notice of loss (FNOL) calls from clients.

• Address customer questions regarding their insurance policies.

• Offer tailored insurance services as a Trusted Advisor.

• Highlight Allstate's features and benefits during portfolio assessments.

• Oversee policy renewals and address inquiries related to policy changes.

• Respond to online service requests.

• Foster client loyalty through meticulous attention to detail and relationship cultivation.

• Upsell and cross-sell Auto and Property products in line with underwriting standards.

• Assist and guide clients during FNOL claim calls.

• Record loss information in the claims system and transfer or assign claims to a Claim Advisor.

• Achieve and surpass key performance and attendance targets.

• Rotate work shifts to cover Monday-Friday operational hours from 8 am to 8 pm EST.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess OTL or General level 1 Insurance License or be willing to obtain it for your respective province.

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of customer service experience is required.

• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English is essential.

• Strong computer skills in MS Office applications are necessary.

• This is a remote position; you should have a workspace suitable for working from home.

• Availability to work evenings is mandatory.

• Experience in call centers and the insurance sector is preferred.
