This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead and mentor an assigned contact center team to ensure high-quality customer interactions and foster customer relationships.
• Guarantee the prompt delivery of company products and services.
• Oversee daily contact center operations and activities to meet performance objectives.
• Track customer transaction accuracy, associate productivity, service levels, scheduling, and quality metrics.
• Recruit, hire, train, and oversee customer service associates.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, mentoring, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and professional development.
• Maintain statistics for direct reports, analyze departmental outcomes, troubleshoot operational issues, and prepare team reports.
• Identify areas for operational enhancement and opportunities for improved contact center efficiency and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Address escalated and complex customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Respond to frontline customer inquiries.
• Supervise 6+ direct reports and report to the Contact Center Manager.
• No travel is required.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of Tableau.
• Proficient in presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HRIS software (e.g., IBM Kenexa, PeopleFluent, Tesseract).
• At least 1 year of prior leadership experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience needed.
