Inside Sales Associate, Insurance Tech Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer support by identifying coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and changes during renewals.

• Handle incoming calls from customers seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and various other insurance policies.

• Assist policyholders in making necessary changes to their policies.

• Acquire and utilize knowledge of a diverse range of insurance companies along with Jerry.ai’s continuously evolving application.

• Address and resolve challenges that prevent customers from accessing the appropriate coverage.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer feedback on products and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A genuinely friendly demeanor and a positive attitude are essential.

• A willingness to collaborate as part of a team is important.

• A strong work ethic is required.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities are necessary.

• Strong communication skills are a must.

• Candidates must currently live in one of the eligible states: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

• Candidates must either possess or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
