This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Assist Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) in sustaining and enhancing general account portfolios.
• Cultivate and uphold robust client relationships to ensure enduring business and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver thorough post-sales support while proactively addressing client inquiries.
• Perform regular phone outreach to clients to advocate for Hygiena products and solutions.
• Focus on re-engaging inactive or declining accounts to recover lost sales momentum.
• Collaborate with TSMs and leverage Sales Operations data to pinpoint account health risks.
• Execute retention strategies aimed at minimizing customer churn within the territory.
• Identify and assess high-potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
• Oversee and implement inbound inquiry routing in accordance with established assignment protocols.
• Expedite the sales process by identifying, refining, and entering new contact information into the CRM system.
• Generate sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide management with regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and outcomes.
• Formulate structured sales plans and strategies to penetrate new markets, thereby increasing market share and profitability.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally in a B2B or B2C setting (2 years' experience preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Adaptability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn and advance in the sales profession.
