Inside Sales – Civil Engineering and Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in consultative sales with incoming leads, identifying each business’s requirements and guiding them through to closure.

• Oversee and monitor leads within the sales pipeline, recognizing their needs and tracking performance metrics.

• Deliver product demonstrations and follow up with proposals.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams by collecting feedback from prospective customers and suggesting alternatives to enhance conversion rates.

• Interact with potential customers through WhatsApp, email, chat, and various other communication channels.

• Follow up with prospects to enhance conversion rates.

• Collaborate with the team to meet sales and revenue objectives.

• Act as an Inside Sales representative for Vobi’s SaaS management platform tailored for small and medium-sized construction firms.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• An inquisitive and curious mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

• Empathy to understand and assist customers effectively.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Prior experience in sales.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt as the role evolves.

• Experience in SaaS is advantageous.

• Background in the construction industry is preferred.

• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
