📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and maintain perimeter security platforms, particularly secure proxy solutions and web security.

• Oversee the daily operation of security services, ensuring service levels are met and addressing requests and incidents.

• Analyze, monitor, and manage events and incidents related to web traffic, corporate browsing, and Internet access.

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.

• Evaluate, design, and implement changes to configurations, filtering policies, and security controls.

• Participate in the validation of new integrations and functionalities of security platforms.

• Configure and optimize web access policies, SSL/TLS inspection, content categorization, application control, and protection against advanced threats.

• Monitor platforms using analysis and monitoring tools, identifying anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on deployment, migration, and upgrade projects for perimeter security infrastructures.

• Create technical documentation for architectures, configurations, procedures, standards, and operational guidelines.

• Keep security components updated and review emerging vulnerabilities and best practices.

• Participate in regular security policy reviews.

• Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate on operational procedures and incident response.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of advanced administration, operation, and support experience with Proxy platforms and web security technologies.

• Strong knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and associated authentication mechanisms.

• Experience in managing and administering firewall solutions and perimeter security controls.

• Analytical skills to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex production incidents.

• Ability to work in an organized manner, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing technological environments.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Certifications in Proxy platforms and Secure Web Gateway solutions, such as Zscaler, Netskope, or Forcepoint, will be positively valued.

• Certifications from Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, or equivalents will be favored.

• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and corporate communications will be valued.

• Experience in web application protection and Imperva will be considered a plus.

• Academic background or certifications in cybersecurity or network security will be positively recognized.

• Experience in SOC, MSSP, or cybersecurity operation centers will be valued.

• Knowledge of traffic analysis, log management, event correlation, and incident response will be considered advantageous.
