Infrastructure Project Manager – ES, PT, EN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives related to technological infrastructure and IT governance in international environments.

• Develop and maintain risk, security, and technological control policies.

• Design and implement IT controls to ensure the protection of data, systems, and technological assets.

• Define, document, and optimize governance and infrastructure processes.

• Coordinate regulatory compliance activities and manage internal controls.

• Prepare documentation and provide support during internal and external audits.

• Manage technological risks and monitor mitigation plans.

• Oversee indicators, action plans, and activities related to compliance with corporate standards.

• Handle the economic management of initiatives and services under their responsibility.

• Coordinate international stakeholders from business, technology, audit, risk, and security domains.

• Ensure proper documentation of processes, controls, and operational procedures.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the realms of infrastructure, security, and digital governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management roles related to IT Infrastructure, IT Governance, Digital Governance, or Technology Risk.

• Prior technical background in IT Infrastructure.

• Professional evolution towards management, coordination, or Project Management functions.

• Experience in international corporate environments.

• Knowledge of IT governance models, risk management, and technological controls.

• Experience in coordinating internal and external audits.

• Experience in documenting processes and defining procedures.

• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams distributed internationally.

• Experience in economic management and budget monitoring.

• High professional proficiency in Spanish is essential.

• High professional proficiency in English is essential.

• High professional proficiency in Portuguese is essential.
