Infrastructure Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead projects associated with technology infrastructure and IT governance in global settings.

• Create and uphold technology risk, security, and control policies.

• Design and execute IT controls to safeguard data, systems, and technology assets.

• Define, document, and enhance governance and infrastructure processes.

• Manage regulatory compliance efforts and oversee internal control activities.

• Prepare documentation and assist during both internal and external audits.

• Administer technology risks and track mitigation strategies.

• Supervise metrics, action plans, and activities related to adherence to corporate standards.

• Ensure effective financial management of the initiatives and services under your purview.

• Coordinate with international stakeholders spanning business, technology, audit, risk, and security functions.

• Guarantee precise documentation of processes, controls, and operating procedures.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, security, and digital governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management roles.

• Background in IT Infrastructure, IT Governance, Digital Governance, or Technology Risk.

• Experience in international corporate settings.

• Familiarity with coordinating internal and external audits.

• Proven experience in documenting processes and defining procedures.

• Expertise in financial management and budget tracking.

• Understanding of IT governance frameworks, risk management, and technology controls.

• Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams distributed globally.

• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
