Infrastructure Network Services Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Oversees the development and implementation of task-oriented assignments or projects according to their order of receipt and/or priority.

• Works in collaboration with various departments on new infrastructure projects and resolving infrastructure challenges.

• Provides guidance on the design and deployment of innovative solutions.

• Informs managers about progress updates, issues, and concerns.

• Aids in the maintenance and revision of documentation.

• Offers onsite and remote support as necessary.

• Engages in planning, daily stand-up meetings, and backlog discussions.

• Executes additional responsibilities and/or special projects as required.

• Recognizes opportunities to enhance the service offerings.
