Infrastructure Analyst – Linux/Unix

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage and sustain Linux servers.

• Conduct updates, patching, and preventive maintenance tasks.

• Oversee server health metrics, including disk utilization, services, and performance.

• Assist SOC operations by ensuring the SIEM platform remains operational and effective.

• Help troubleshoot issues related to log collection failures.

• Facilitate the integration of client environments into monitoring systems.

• Maintain documentation of processes and activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in administering Linux servers, with a preference for Red Hat/CentOS.

• Proficient understanding of Linux commands, services, logs, and networking essentials, including ports and firewalls.

• Fundamental knowledge of storage solutions and disks, including Logical Volume Management (LVM).

• Basic understanding of SIEM and SOC operations, encompassing log collection, events, alerts, and incidents.

• An analytical mindset with a strong desire to learn.

• Scripting capabilities in Bash or Python are advantageous.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools, such as Zabbix, is a plus.
